Agreement

By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our anti-spam policy. If you use Zajel for an organisation, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.

Your account

Keep your login details private and your contact information accurate. You are responsible for activity in your account.

Acceptable use

You may only send email to people who gave you permission. Our anti-spam policy is part of these terms; breaking it can lead to suspension without notice.

Your content

You own your lists, templates and campaigns. You give us the permission needed to store and send them on your behalf.

Beta service

Zajel is currently in beta and provided free of charge, as is. Features and limits may change; we'll give notice before introducing paid plans.

Suspension and closure

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that harm deliverability, break the law or these terms.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Zajel is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify account holders by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect.
